Hurray for Three Day Weekends!

We hope that you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day and President's Day! We sure did! We celebrated with yummy food, flowers and of course a giant red balloon that quickly became Fisher's new friend!

We also spent most of the day making room for our new arrival by reorganizing baby clothes, diapers and rearranging Fisher's room. We are quickly realizing that time is running short and we have a lot to do! We are hoping that this little one and Fisher will be able to share a room and it was such a huge relief to organize everything and make some more room...which we are quickly running out of! Fisher of course is loving all of the new space and was able to demonstrate how easy it is to get into everything now that one is walking!

We also want to thank everyone for playing the name game with us! It was so much fun to see what names everyone liked and disliked. Just think... maybe one of the names you liked just might be the new little Crowder!

The Name Game

So...

Even though we are not sure on the sex of this baby, there is one thing for sure that we do know... or maybe it's what we don't know. The name of this little one.

Wayne and I are having a hard time agreeing on baby names. Whether it's a boy or a girl we are not sure what to name the little one. So, I have taken some time to put together a list of names we both like and created a place where you can go to vote on the names you like! Just click on the link below...and vote away!!

We would love to hear what you like! Besides...it's fun to just play with names anyway! :)

Our Little Guy is Growing!!

Fisher is growing up right before our eyes! It's hard to image that just little over a year ago this boy was born. He is learning so fast and it's amazing how smart he seems to be. Besides picking up the art of walking, he has now learned to turn on and off our heaters, turn on any toy that makes noise, clap and now he knows how to kick balls! It is quite entertaining watching him!
I am currently teaching him the song "Head, shoulders, knees and toes" and the word kitty! He loves to play hide and seek, but you have to be the one seeking and he loves it when his dad wrestles with him.
He is also changing in features! Fisher is finally getting hair! And it is starting to darken a little. His eyes are even getting darker and I am starting to wonder if he will inherit his dad's brown eyes. He is definitely looking like a little boy now!

Welcome!

So...

It took us a while, but Wayne and I have finally decided to create a blog to help keep us connected to our family and friends!

Now that our family is rapidly growing, we figured this would be an easy way to keep everyone updated! We hope you enjoy this and we will try our best to keep it up to date!

As many of you know, we are expecting our second child this May and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of this little one! We are thrilled that Fisher will be a big brother and will have someone to keep him occupied! We know that Fisher is going to be a great big brother! He loves playing with other children and has many toys to share! Fisher turned one on December 31st and just a month later he is walking! We cannot believe how fast they grow up and how quickly they learn!

Wayne and I are still staying busy at work and at home! Wayne is getting ready for the new fishing season and he just became the President of the Utah Bass team in Salt Lake City. He is excited for the new opportunities it will bring and is looking forward to getting new people to join the club. I am staying busy chasing a one year old around while being 6 1/2 months pregnant, but it is definitely worth it! Fisher makes me laugh everyday and I love how he loves to learn new things!
