okay, how did it get to be the end of October already?! Am I the only one, or do you think this year is just flying by? Now the holidays are coming up and things just get all sorts of crazy over here, but at least we are enjoying this amazing fall weather and all of the fun things that come during the Halloween season(my favorite time of year). Oh, and we may just have this cute little girl turning three in just a couple of days!

I love lazy fall days when coloring and playing with playdough are a favorite activity. Sabrina absolutely LOVES playdough and will play with it all day if she could. I just love watching her play and talk to herself and show me all of the neat and creative things she makes. 
And this cute kid is just loving walking everywhere and just begs to go outside. His favorite thing is to walk along the sidewalk while we wait for his older brothers to get home from school.

we decided to visit our favorite farmstead and check out their pumpkin patch over the weekend. Poor Fisher wasn't feeling too hot with an ear infection, so we kept the trip short but long enough for the kids to explore and have fun. 
and of course we got our pumpkin carving on! leason learned, next year I think we are going to pass on the pumpkin carving kits. they take way too long and the kids can't really help. So next year will be a whole new tradition!!
