easter weekend

we had such a fun and wonderful easter weekend! the festivities began with a fun little easter party and egg hunt with friends. poor Oliver slept through all of the fun and both boys were at school, so Sabrina had and event all for her!

On Saturday we drove down to Wichita to celebrate Easter early at my brother's house. My parents and my niece and nephew drove out too and it was a nice little family gathering. 

my kids just absolutely adore their older cousins. they always beg to drive down to visit them so this was such a much needed trip. All the kids enjoyed playing outside and running around and it was so much fun!

  my two older nieces planned a super fun easter egg hunt for the kids. once again, Oliver slept through the whole thing, but the other big kids had a blast!! 

other things i should mention but aren't pictured...

my sister-in-law planned a super fun easter egg scavenger hunt through Wichita for us older adults. Seriously... so much fun!

my neices sure do know how to cook and bake. such yummy food.

being with family is always a great way to spend a saturday or holiday. 

and of course the Easter bunny made his way to our own home and once again spoiled our little people. I just love watching them hunt for little eggs.

  we were so truly blessed this easter and it was such a wonderful and perfect weekend. We were able to celebrate easter dinner with very good friends(which sadly i did not bring my camera for) and enjoy the evening counting our many many blessings. hope you all had a wonderful weekend too!
