As you may have read and seen the million of pictures on this blog, we love Silver Dollar City. It's become one of our favorite, somewhat local, place here. It's an easy three and half hour drive that the kids have grown to love, and since we bought a season pass, we try and go as much as possible.
Right now it's Kid Fest and it's set up just for kids. There are fun games scattered throughout the park and fun characters to meet. Wayne decided to surprise the kids with breakfast with Team Umizumi, one of their favorite shows, and boy where the kids so excited to meet them!
The kids just lit up and were so very excited. It was so fun just to watch the kids. Smiles all around!
Oliver couldn't quite figure out what all the excitement was for.
So cute to see them interact with these giant characters. Wayne and I just had a blast watching the kids. 
After breakfast we went and rode some of the rides. We made this trip just about the kids and let them dictate what rides they wanted to do and where they wanted to play. It was such an awesome day!
We also decided to catch the dog show they had going on. We just recently doggy sat our neighbor's dog and since then the kids have been obsessed with getting one. They love dogs and they thought this show was so cool. 
so cool! 
Poor Miss Bre had a little trip over all of the squishy balls and ended up with a bloody fat lip. :(

I absolutely loved every minute of this short trip of ours. It was fun to make this day just about the kids and watch them light up with excitement and wonder. They had such a blast too and I can't wait for our next family trip.
SO blessed to have such an amazing family. Love these cute kiddos.
